Unfortunately, no. Exalting just buffs the base damage and affixes and gem.

Fair enough. Yeah I knew about the base attack going up and the affixes. A part of me feels like looking for a good roll can be part of the charm of it all, since we’ve already been given so many deterministic crafting options for hard capping a character.
