After killing the first Torn and getting to use the Ichor to gain certain bonuses, aka extra main hand slot, extra ring slot etc, I noticed I could go to a previous realm save, login through that previous save and my ichor bonus was there. I could then hand in that same quest to Roan and The Watcher to get another bonus. To confirm I could do this, I unlocked an extra main hand slot, an extra ring slot and +5 Gear Inventory Slots. It seems I could do this continually to gain extra bonuses just by killing the first boss and going back to a previous save and handing in the same quest over and over again and gaining a bonus each time I did so. The bonuses seem to stay from as far as I can tell
