Pulling from storage is already an amazing QOL feature.
With the introduction of multiplayer, it would be great to see which chest I am pulling from, or more importantly, whose chest I am pulling from.
The context menu could display the owner, the chest icons could differ in colour, the UI could split containers between Mine and Others, or even display the home that the storage is placed in - This would be nice for players who want to be respectful toward others on the realm and not accidentally pull from the wrong stack.
I understand that chests could be set to private, but having everything accessible, with a trust system in place, is better than micro-managing storage preferences.
I am a big fan of this suggestion. By the same token, when crafting (like when Iām cooking food) it would be nice to see the same information. As it stands now, whenever I cook a stack of food it just steals ingredients from whoever it feels like. I have to communicate with my teammates and we have to coordinate so we are not all using the same potatoes . . .
Precisely
Whether refining, crafting, cooking, infusing, upgrading, etc. I am always trying to be mindful of which resources I am pulling from.
The Upgrade interface actually just dawned on me as I was typing this response.
I have confirmed that the resources displayed here is an aggregate amount across all public storages and my own.
