I’ve claimed the first Twitch drop, but I cannot connect Twitch to the game? But I’m already connected to steam through twitch. When I press the connect button I just land on this page: Twitch Drops | No Rest for the Wicked
I have talked to Captain Randolph, but no cigar.
twitch is already connected to steam, but it does seem to not register for NRFTW 
I have the exact same issue, there’s no way to link my twitch to NRFTW
Same here the NRFTW website doesn’t have such ways of connecting. Hope devs update web site to allow such to read the steam or have their own ID connection.
Same problem. Drops have been earned and the “get drops” button is active, but it is impossible to link the entry.
Not really related, but is it possible, in the future, to be able to receive those twitch drop rewards by playing the game and to remove their exclusivity, because not everyone likes twitch, but everyone paid for all the contents of this game.

You need to talk to Captain Randolph > Entitlements > Connect To Twitch from WITHIN the game!

When the Steam Drops were announced yesterday I watched and received the Songkeeper Drop/Reward. I claimed the reward on Twitch.
When I logged in today to speak with Captain Randolph there is nothing to claim. Here are the instructions from your page:
“I claimed the drops through Twitch but it isn’t showing up in the game. What can I do?”
“After you have claimed the drops, you will need to talk to Captain Randolph in the game to claim your rewards.”
The instructions don’t explain that first, you have to log into the game and link your Twitch account in game.

After I connected my account to Twitch:
I quit to desktop and then logged back in and it was still not there.
It may be the case that your account has to be connected to Twitch before you claim the reward or drop.
I would like to receive the Songkeeper reward please.

Hello,
I couldn’t find it in my inventory anywhere when I originally posted the request.
I made a new character yesterday to play with a friend on his server. On the new character today, I was actually able to claim the reward and it showed up in my alt’s inventory.
I just logged onto my main character, and found the item!
