Trading while someone's doing something else causes soft lock

If you try to trade with someone at the same time as they try to read something, you’ll get stuck in a loop and can’t do anything until one of the two leaves the realm.

In general, I also noticed weird issues where if my wife opened her menu, mine would reset.
