I quite like the following ideas. if we can have a suit bonus mechanism, I think that will encourage players to put on full armor as well. I love this game, because it has potential to be great.

Is it just me or there is an issue with motion blur? I’ve been playing with it off because in motion, especially with big hats, stuff gets a smeared like effect. This is easily seen with the fungus hat (the orange one) when climbing ladders. Please fix it!

Dont make the game too easy. One of the reasons I like this game is there is a challenge to it. Also where is the roar when drink the enemies blood in the rook?

Hello! Not a word about the constant crashes from the game after 10-20 minutes. As far as I understand, everyone is playing here except me. Hurtful. I’ve been waiting for this update for so long that I stopped playing this masterpiece altogether due to crashes.

Hey just wanted to say great job with the new content. I started from the very start again and man I just love your game so much. I did find that in the cinematics the voices disappeared but not sure if it was due to my sound settings. You guys are the best and am looking forward to the changes. You guys have a great game and I cannot wait to see where it goes. :slight_smile:

The current state of the game feels like it’s pretending to be an MMO—you end up spending 60% of your gameplay farming for food materials (especially with a melee build), only to die repeatedly in boss fights due to food limitations. Eventually, your stock gets depleted… and you have to farm again, try the boss again, fail again… and repeat the cycle.

Why not have food act as a buff—providing slow HP, focus, or stamina regeneration—while using potions for instant effects, like flasks in Path of Exile 2 or Elden Ring, which can be refilled by defeating enemies? Why are we constantly forced to grind for food materials just to be able to play the game?

And another issue is when farming for food materials.. the area mob got scaled up, so you end up cooking and consuming the food while farming…

First of all thanks for this great update, i tell you the things i didn’t like at the moment

1 ) like the old version at the moment I can’t dress decently because the drop is too random
the gem drop is low and therefore I can’t customize the items as I want

  1. the first two bosses of the game are easier than the smaller monsters and this is not good

  2. in this game at the beginning you have a thousand doubts and you don’t know which weapon to use (or you hope that you get a good one) so consequently you are undecided where to put the points and there is no possibility of experimenting with the various gameplays

( and maybe shortly after you get a wonderful two-handed weapon that you can’t even use because you invested all your points in daggers..

  1. curiosity is I discovered through youtube that there was a vendor for brass knuckles.. :smiley:

  2. I don’t know about you but the game loading times are very long (especially the first time lunch the game ) then once launched the game runs very well

Только не надо превращать эту игру в PoE. Биться на кулаках с Боссами это сугубо Ваш выбор. Я на мечах проходил благополучно всю игру, еды всегда хватало с излишком. Никто не запрещает сделать сборку одежды и камней на восстановление жизней!

I liked playing through parrying before the update and making a build suitable for it and it was possible with coloured stones and enchantments and runes. I decided to continue playing this way in the new update, but it has become extremely difficult and I can’t get new skills for my paired daggers yet and I don’t see any useful coloured stones that will help me play through parrying and reward my efforts (maybe I just haven’t leveled up enough yet). I’m glad you noticed the parrying and backstabbing issues so quickly and will be making changes soon.
I am very excited about the update and have been looking forward to it. I decided to go through the prologue again and got goosebumps like the first time. I am ready to kiss the hands of the developers for this awesome style, music, atmosphere and animations. The game still gives me amazing emotions, but you still have a lot of work ahead of you. I would like to see more options for building builds with different armour, gems and skills.

NOT SPAWNING ENEMIES for daily

and cliff/drop issues with spam of exploders that push you out of map in echoes.. echoes are swarmed by them .__. i understand that 1 enemy can be that explode and push you fro mmap but soemtimes echoes have only them

stagger system rewarding aggresive play only - like daggers but hammers can’t.. stagger enemy at all.

…or you take a break and do something else and then comeback. Make a second realm you can also farm. The weekly bounties are a great source of ichor and money. After a quick run I get about 30 silver and two ichor. And that’s about the time I feel want to get back into boss. But yeah, I ran out of food twice and had to go back and farm for more. But that’s not the issue here.

As I’m parry player through and through - could you elaborate what exactly are you planning to do tomorrow ? I presume you made it larger, but details would be good. What about windup ? What about recovery ?

“adjusted” doesn’t really tell much, and the parry in The Breach actually felt tighter and good. Remember that when you dumb the game for non-parry crowd, you make the game worse for the parry crowd.

im a souls like player and parry here on most weapons vs most of enemies seems bad and wrongly reading window timers. It’s the worst parry in entire souls genre.

This is (was?) actually a nice change. Just make sure it’s mentioned clearly somewhere.

I would really like to know what you’ve tried to do, because honestly I don’t see much incentive to wear armor after you realize how little it does for you.
You want us to wear armor yet the penalty for doing so outweighs the pros in an exorbitant manner.
The damage mitigation from armor seems quite low and you might conclude, hey if you take less damage many times it’s good value right? Well, the issue is that the player’s movement and animation vulnerability frames are so incredibly punishing that in fact you will get hit A LOT more than if you were not wearing anything. Stack unto that the awful dodge i-frames and how unexciting the enchantments on gear are and you’ve got a recipe for the player to eventually conclude that armor is impractical.
Please do a strong focus on fixing the core essentials of the combat. I think some animations need to be rebalanced, recovery frames and wind-up animations are exaggerates to a comical degree. Poise needs to be recalibrated for both the player and the enemies. I also don’t fully understand how poise works, it’s a bit obscure how weapons affect enemy and how enemies affect your poise and there’s practically no feedback while fighting. Flesh out Poise, make it obvious and communicate to the player what the hell is going on.
Please make armor good, sure make it have some drawbacks, but don’t make those drawbacks make armor impractical. Armor was key in medieval times, for good reason.

The Water Channel Key still isn’t spawning correctly and it has soft locked the game. I have killed the boss and looted the chest with neither dropping the key. The boss doesn’t respawn and the chest is now invisible. I hope this is fixed ASAP!

What are your pc specs? Some of the recent Intel CPU’s could cause crashing problems like you are talking about.

It may be unpopular but perhaps tie the type of armor that is optimal to the weapon type. Daggers should be very nimble and light. Perhaps claymore and lances would be full armor. Everything else is sort of in between.
