Tell The Player New Harder Enemies Will Spawn & The World Will Evolve

I’ve just completed a quest and now it seems T2 enemies with a boatload more health have started spawning in the world since I killed Darak. I’m no where near high enough level to be taking on groups let alone some of the tankier single enemies. It would’ve been nice if I knew that the world would get harder by completing the quest as I now have a much tougher time farming materials and resources to upgrade everything
