Sudden Powerloss/shutdown of PC while playing

Hello,

I did install game and try run it with keyboard and mouse. I was able to progress on the deck of the ship to the bed and decide to go buy controller. I let game running till I came back.

When I connect controler and try to progress more my PC suddenly shutsdown. I did try multiple USB ports. I update MB/chipset/GPU drivers. I did try install game on fresh Win10. It is random I can play for lets say few seconds or 1 min…

In others game controller is working fine. If I let game run and don’t touch controller it is fine. My PC can run multiple days without any issue.

EDIT: I experienced powerloss also with mouse and keyboard

what type of controller are you using. i read somewhere that with xbox controllers a missing .dll file can cause issues. sadly i can’t find the topic right now.

It looks like controler is not problem. I get shutdown with mouse and keyboard also. Controler unpluged

Hi,

I start playing game again, but still have same problem. During playing game PC will suddenly shutdown. I update files for bug report. Now I am not sure how to solve this. I can play other games (PoE 1/2, D4, D2R) without problems.
