Stutter / Hiccups when traversing different "zones", After 'The Breach' update

Disclaimer: I didn’t put this under “bug reporting” since I don’t have concrete evidence to where and when, but also because this might just be an optimization issue yet to be addressed down the road. So, basically just reporting…
Since the most recent update I’ve noticed hiccups during, what I assume are, “zone” changes where not a lot of action is necessarily taking place, but fights (or ambushes) might. Obviously, not ideal, but even less so when enemies are either waiting or starting attacks…

i noticed (and posted it somewhere else as well), that when a building project is finished or a bounty is complete, the popup that shows up seems to cause a stutter, dropping the FPS down to 1 for like 2 seconds.

also the pre-breach stutters when entering nameless pass seem to be fixed, but now i get them in the new areas. so i assume they are likely “loading stutters”. and since they seem to be fixed in nameless pass, I’d assume we get them fixed in the new areas as well

oh sorry, I did a search b4 posting this, didn’t find anything similar (and recent) to what I’ve been experiencing…
yeah, I played some more this afternoon, and I agree, it seems related to “loading new areas”, although those are “opaque” to us and hard to tell for sure… also I noticed it happening vertically too… specially that 1st portion of Nameless Pass going for the peak…
