Storage buy options at Whittacker should be predetermined not RNG

I started a new character solo with the together update and noticed that it is harder to get storage chests, because the vendor loot table seems now RNG, and you can’t buy recipes anymore, therefore you need to play the RNG Casino at the scribing table. You can spend research papers to get it or get lucky but it doesn’t feel as good game design.

Same opinion about Quivers, because they sit with all off hands it takes an extraordinary amount of papers to learn them, unless you are lucky, really sucks if your goal is to play a ranger.

I would prefer if instead researching was more expensive but you could choose what to research instead of gambling.

They should not have removed the recipes off vendors.

The scribe table is supposed to be an RNG mitigation pity system.

At its current paper cost and drop rates, it is simply not a suitable substitute for the previously available recipes off vendors.
