Slow-down combat time during quick-item selection

Hi team,

During combat, I found it difficult to adapt my quick-item selection because item descriptions were hard to read and the menu transparency felt very high. I play with high contrast, HDR, and an OLED display, and the descriptions often became nearly illegible—especially during active combat.

Improving readability here would go a long way toward making quick decisions feel more comfortable.

I also understand that co-op makes a global “bullet-time” effect during quick-item selection impractical, since teammates can keep enemies distracted while another player checks the menu. That said, would it be possible to add this as an optional toggle for solo play?

In solo, the experience felt different: I often felt I needed to enter fights already knowing the best item, or disengage entirely just to think things over. In particular, when I found myself in a boss fight, I found it almost impossible to make the best quick-item selection, and I missed having a brief bullet-time effect, especially with the low visibility on the menu.
