Signage goes on top of bounty rewards when talking to Captain Randolph from the left

Pretty much the title. To repro:

  1. Stand between the sign and Randolph
  2. Go to the bounties menu

Nice find! The game recognizes the input but activates both interactables (the sign and Randolph) since you’re in range of them together.

I’ll escalate this.
