Before breach there was an option to build something at the Seneschal ( Glorious Exaltation) so he can exalt items. I do not have this option. I have made it to Echo Knight but not beat him yet. Is there something that needs to be done to unlock this option? I have unlocked all other Seneschal offerings except the one where you can heal with Traces.
Is this a bug or some unlock I haven’t performed?

Thanks, can you specify which main quest? Spoken and Unspoken? I am at the “… waiting for word from the Rookery” step. But nothing happens when talking to old man in wheel chair or Roan, or Elsa.
I do think I recall once you meet the Echo Knight first time Elsa has a dialog when you get back - but she didn’t this time. I might not recall correctly.
You need to finish the entire main story with the 3 new quests of the patch:
Not to spoil anything but it starts after you unleash something on the map. And you get the resources to exalts items by doing the cleansing.
