I found a secret chest at the prison and inside there was this ring, I have played many hours completed the story and the Crucible many time but it is the first time I see this ring with bonus xp.
However it is not guarantee I tried another realm and it dropped junk item.
to reach it you need to do some platforming.

Demon’s Souls would do this to you all the time. They put some nice loot at a difficult to get to location but it would often be worth it. In NRFTW I find that they do the same thing but there’s nothing special about it because the loot is random.
I’m very torn about a random loot system. There are things to it that I do like, like being able to discover the world but it’s a huge time sink when you need a specific item. There’s no clear path to get a specific item (or gem or whatever) if it’s just random and randomness can be incredible cruel, at times which makes it feel like a casino. Something I don’t enjoy.
I remember farming Pure Bladestone in Demon’s Souls. The drop rate was somewhere between 1/50 and 1/200. So it wasn’t a guaranteed drop but I knew what I had to do. I knew where I had to go. Some of this is okay but as a person with limited time on their hand that like skill based games it makes me wanna do something else instead.
This is a great point, I would at least like tiered chests that you can see just by looking at them that they will drop super rare items or what not. Well, honestly I’m not sure which way they could choose to solve this problem.

I love those parkours, I succeeded this one first try. But it is always disappointing to receive often nothing interesting from those chests…
