Random Framespikes and stutters [AMD][7900 XT]

Hello,

Am guessing but just want to confirm that am not the only one experiencing random framespikes during normal gameplay. Am not speaking about traversal/shader ones, but just I am in an area I already cleared (or fighting one mob) and then from the locked 140 fps it just spikes once and the game stutters for a moment.

Am on 7900 xt with 24.3.1 Adrenalin.

Is anyone else experiencing such issue?

same stutter and 40 fps
framerate drops randomly
all of this in perfomance mode at 80% rendering

Having this issue aswell. especially in cutscenes

Am on 4090 and amd Ryzen 9
