i changed category to bug reporting. I also checked if this was reported before, since it sounds familiar, but it seems to affect another quest (not the quest progression that was reported before)
it might help the team investigate the issue if you could provide your logfiles as stated here: How to Properly Report Bugs!
if this occurs again you can also try to load a previous savefile from the affected realm
