From the NPC conversation, it can be inferred that each city’s location
Darak and Anora Bolein were childhood sweethearts, but 28 years ago Ellsworth came here and married Anora Bolein. Darak was very angry and slaughtered many people, joined Risen. Later, Anora Bolein passed away, and Darak’s hatred towards Ellsworth grew even stronger， Odyssa hates squeezing the people, so she also joined Risen
That’s why Darak wants to attack Sacramentt so much
I’m not sure if there is dialogue to suggest what you’re saying about Anora and Ellsworth. Maybe I missed it.
After the first fight with Darak he says that Ellsworth can’t protect anyone, and then in sewers when he’s going insane he keeps saying he’ll protect Anora. I was thinking they both used to live in Sacrament, then Anora died to the pestilence, and Darak blames Ellsworth.
That’s my head canon anyway 
There are no dialogue directly about Elsworth and Anora, only implied, I think. I also came to the same conclusion about Elsworth, Anora, and Darak.
A bit feedback about the Risen, I hope we get a little but more about them. They’re basically an army. What Odessa’s motivation, opposing her father. Who else is in it (even just a namedrop/implicit). For now, Odessa’s captured and Darak is dead, but they’re seemingly still everywhere, from Mariner’s Keep to Nameless Pass. There should be atleast another person in power mentioned that’s leading the rest of the Risen.
Also about the map above, I think the square labeled as “Nameless Pass” is the City of Caylen. The hap between Sacrament and that square is big enough to be interpreted as Nameless Pass. It’s also named a Pass, as in passage, not a final location. Although the lack of marker is suspicious, it’s still possible since Orban Glades also lacks marker.
After you defeat Darak in the sewers two new NPCs show up in Sacrament, one is the guy who was praying in the sewers on the way to the Darak fight, he is next to the cemetery house you can buy, the other is a woman after the house in the slums you can buy near the way to the old gods shrine.
She talks about Darak backstory, about his days in the Marin Woods, and about Anora, how he tried to kill Ellsworth for stealing her from him, how she died later, Ellsworths daughter is definitely hers, no doubt about that.

Yea, its speculative… but IF it by accident is right, it is a spoiler… and it is in the title, so it jumps in your face when looking at the thread overview… thats why.
