I would prefer a single plot of land that you can upgrade in term of space rather than 5 buildings to chose from, how about on that plot you could upgrade part get more space and build that tiny farm place so you can get some of your plants from there , not asking for farming simulator but i think a centralized place that you can expand would be better than 5 buildings around town.
