For the ultimate Lifesteal build I combined the Sinew with a Plagued Ring. But as soon as i equipped the Plagued Ring, the Sinew Lifesteal Bonus (reinforced with a Lifesteal gem) stopped working at full/high/normal Health - until my Health dropped to low… only then Lifesteal (as described for the Plagued Ring) suddenly kicked in (with or without the Sinew bonus… cant’ tell for sure).
I don’t belive this is the way things were suppoesed to work. Lifesteal should work great with Sinew on it’s own (at full/high/normal Health)… and be boosted even more thanks to the Plagued Ring, when dropping to low Health. Doesn’t work for me… had to remove the Plagued Ring completely to make the build work at all
