I managed to get some testing in. You are correct, lifesteal is working. However, I don’t think it’s as expected since the numbers are off, unless my brain is not math-ing Also apologies for the distracting loading cat, I just recorded in obs and no one wants to see my 4am face
Observations:
With or without the battlecry ring life steal works.
A weapon without lifesteal does not regenerate any health.
12% Lifesteal on a 63 dmg hit only returns 1hp or 2hp. I think it should return at least 7.56hp back per hit. This is without considering the net healing increase of 10%. -20% from Battlecry and +30% from Serendipity.
Sacrificing health with lifesteal does not seem viable atm in PvP.

Ahhh - I was missing the coefficient then. Thanks, that makes a lot more sense.
I think the heal was negligible that I missed it or mistook it for coming from somewhere else. Apologies for that.
Took me a while to land a hit on the other player and when I did it, it still chunked half my HP bar.
