Hi Devs !
Since the Breach Refined update I’ve noticed a very little detail which I think is a big immersion breaker.
Plagued ennemies and regular ennemies (humans for example) fighting side by side against the player.
This is due to the combination of active quests and the regular ennemies located around the map.
If a “torn soldier” spawns in Mariner’s keep because of an active quest, you have to make sure that all the other non-torn ennemies are dead / removed from the map.
A simple change but a big improvement for player / lore immersion.

I think it would be even better if they fought each other, simply when there are occasions where this can happen the enemies are stronger to compensate for the fact that they also fight among themselves, like in Elder Ring. Obviously this is more difficult to implement.

True ! Remember in the sewers ? It happened twice. We came accross a guy trying to talk to his “friend” a few seconds before his explosion and then later on we meet a Risen guy fighting against a group a sirens !

Yes also because it is implicit that all the people outside the walls have to deal with the plague and it is strange that we never see them fight except in animated scenes.
This is an example of a small but meaningfull change that I would very much like to see in-game. Great suggestion!
