Heya, Im running Lowland meadows and dropped off a cliff and died. now the pestilence meter is gone.
After restarting Realm (quit main menu) it came back.
Had it happen as well. Can’t tell when it disappeared, but I needed
to teleport to Sacrament and back into the pestilence region.
Same happened to me in Orban Glades. Ended up killing a Nith Witch near a ledge and Lost Huntress immediately spawned with a swipe and punted me off the ledge to my death.
There really needs to be a timer before boss spawns and the meter needs to show clearly.
