As said above, the Cerim armour is no where to be found after connecting my accounts. I did this yesterday, but Randolph still has not given it to me:(

I have watched the Twitch Drops channel as instructed and clicked the claim button in Twitch TV, but I still cannot receive Twitch Drops in the game
Me neither, i could claim the first one i got but then every time i go to Randolph to claim the other drops i haved to connect my twitch account over and over again and nothing happens.

When I claim my Twitch Drops, I had already finished link my twitch account to the popup webpage. However, The game still displayed “Establishing connection” continuously.
What other actions do I need to take?

No bro not yet, i keep trying but what i get is the early access armor over and over again, i just want my flex emote XD.

I earned both Twitch emotes but never received them. I get a prompt to enter a code on Twitch when I talk to the one guy. But my Twitch has been connected to Private Division for a while now. Tried talking to Private Division support, very unhelpful CS rep. Haven’t seen a link for Moon Studios support to try them. Anyone have luck? These are the first drops I haven’t received for a game.

Private Division Support
It’s currently impossible for me to use the “Entitlements” options to receive the Twitch Drops.
Every time I click on it and link my Twitch account with the code and also authorize it, in game it doesn’t move forward from “Establishing Connection…”
I can also see in the Twitch inventory that the “Connect” prompt was successfully replaced by a check mark. Therefore on that end it should’ve worked properly.
Nonetheless, the game seems not to get through the API as that’s what appears to be happening according to the log from my limited understanding.

same problem. Patch 2 on May 23 did not fix the problem
I found out that re-rolling to the release build fixes this problem. So it seems to be an issue with the latest build.

Is “re-rolling to the release build” just reinstalling the game or some other way?
I encountered this problem with receiving twitch drops even before patch 2 on May 23rd.
No, it’s actually installing the release build (18. April) from the Steam depot.

I don’t know if any later build works, but that’s the one I used.
Also it’s important to first make a new character and afterwards a new world to not mess up your main character. Then quickly rush to Sacrament and the NPC to establish the connection with Twitch. Once that’s done you can go back to the current game build as the Twitch token will still be valid to claim your drops on your main character and world.
