[Patched] Foreign languages on windows makes stats appear false or missing information. ++

Hi,

For my windows on Norwegian, on most items there is a text break where you only get “Gain 4” and thats it as info for gear, weapon etc.

I fixed it by using windows on english.

In the main town square, south of the housing man, the 3 men there has french “press Y to speak” not English.

Iron shovel animation is bugged.

Related to this issue, all weapons stats are missing the ‘%’ symbol for me (see linked screenshot). But i’m using Windows 11 in english (with a french keymap but playing with a controller) so idk… also got the “gain 3” stats without relevant information. The game is also in english, nothing fixed the issue so i guess i will reinstall.
