Happens every time i try to rotate the wheel to progress with the area. I have restarted the game and left the area and returned. No fix still.

Players cannot progress into the prison. The rotating platform (the one you need to grab and move around a circle) near the prison entrance no longer rotates to the correct position as of patch 12610.
Reproduced this on 4 new realms since 12610 went live.

I’m having the same issue. Just posted about it a little bit ago. Can’t progress any further because of it.
Same as well. The issue lies with the two platforms just outside the prison gate

same situation here, must’ve ran around for a few hours trying to get through the quarry area. looked up a playthough online and saw the cranes rorated 360 degrees, instead of the 180 in my game.

same here, hope they solve it asap since there is no way to progress at the moment 
heard about creating a new realm so you keep your character but I don’t really want to start the story/quests from 0 again

I’m having the same problem. Can’t rotate crane in Nameless Pass quarry more than 180 degrees, so it won’t go to the side I need it on.

Here to report I’m having the same problem. Tried with controller, kbm, kbm with controller unplugged, relaunching the game, restarting computer, nothing works.
I’m having the same Problem like Waddles in his Video. Can’t rotate The Crane !!
Same problem. It’s as if the cranes spawned facing the wrong way and can only turn a certain number of degrees…
Same issue, I can’t get through the nameless pass.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon as this is game breaking, can’t progress.
The crane at the north west end of nameless pass is stuck. Happening to me and several users (Reddit)
Unable to progress through the nameless pass due to this.
I found a solution to the problem until they fix it u can climb up the wall in the north east section where the 2 flags are on the right flag u see a wooden plank actually 2 the left one u can grapple 3 times by moving forward kinda straight into the wall no from an angle and press x (ps) just wiggle the analog stick a bit till u are up the ledge hope they fix it soon tho this will scare away people

Im Stuck at Nameless Pass i cant turn the crane enough to jump over.
I have looked some videos and there the can turn the crane more than i to jump over.
Have i missed something?
