Same problem here. Crane won’t rotate all the way.
Yes same problem to
hope to fix that soon, softlocks are not good we cant process now…
Yeah Lets gooooooooo Boi! i totally just did this and it worked lmao, was almost gonna stop playing for the night and go to gym haha <3
I don’t think that’s a bug. There’s a second crane to the left (offscreen) you use to get on the platform to the left of that crane you’re rotating. You angle that one you’re trying to rotate now about 10 o clock, so you can then hop on to that once you’ve gotten on that left platform.
This cran is also broken, I managed to get to this side, but this cran doesn’t turn completely in the right direction either…
It is definitely a bug because both cranes do not turn properly as they should…
Having same issue. Here’s link with video of issue. From what I can tell the peg is not on the correct side of the crane. My peg is 90 degrees opposite form what my friend showed on his screen.

@kuro you need fast to look into this is weekend and we cannot play…
This must be a new bug with the latest hotfix. Friends of mine were able to do it yesterday and they can still do it now
same
Yap and the other one the other side is also broken
Fix the cranes please so i can continue
Just a +1 for this got the same bug on same crane. Its not my main realm, rather a secondary for leveling new character (no respec hurts) and thought i was going crazy. Getting close in level/progress to main realm anyway so probably just gonna go over there to grind but very gamebreaking!
Referring to Kahuroth’s solution, I recorded a video, hoping it can help other players.

Same problem. Looks like this is a problem from the latest hot fix because my first character successfully passed this place.
Workaround: Change player position via Cheat Engine.
Thanks for the report folks! We’ve figured out the issue and will be hotfixing this as soon as possible.
Thank you, You’re the best!
Same here, no problems on my first character but when i come with a reroll, get this cranes trouble. Seems like they have change place and the rotation not corresponding of the good spot. I guess last update break this. Plz fix it it’s stop game progression =(
ps : when i got at the same spot with the other character, the cranes are good
Same issue~! I hope you guys can fix this quickly.. I can’t play the game.
Me too, the rotating platform doesn’t rotate to the correct position
