Over Armor perhaps?

Over armor sounds weird but if you’ve ever played Monster Hunter you know what I’m talking about

If you have an armor that has really good affixes but you don’t like the look, maybe you should be able to sacrifice one of your other armors and make it so you can put it on top of your current armor to keep both your affixes and your desired look.

i dont think its an good idea, instead of creating a transmog system use the existing one, just allow us to change affixes of the armor so we can play with the armor we like the most.
