Seripously guys developpers even my config is a ryzen 5 5600x and a rtx 3060ti the noise in my pc is disgusting !!! Please can you optimize the settings and choices for a middle config before create the story ???!!! or do i need buy a 10 000 euros pc ? because you 1.0 version ùay just arrive the day before my death…hihi 
You can limit your GPU yourself in Nvidias control panel even i have done that even tho im using a GTX 1070 from 2016.
Ever since day 1 i directly configured the the game to run as administrator you could also just try that 
”Navigate to your steamapps folder for No Rest for the Wicked; right click the .exe and Run as Administrator. I recommend setting it to always Run as Administrator in Properties.”
