Having sufferred this issue for months, and having tried all the above proposed solutions (and others not listed above), I am really happy to report that I seemed to have solved the issue by updating my BIOS to the most recent version. Thanks to Nick_Bebop for suggesting this as well!
Now I’m looking forward to putting some more hours into the game!

It seems I have been able to resolve the issue by disabling my AMD Expo profile. It was set to 6000MT/s so now I am back to the default 4000.

Not sure exactly the cause but it seems to happen consistently but in random area.
I created a new character and a new realm and the game just keeps crashing. I have like maybe 30mins of continuous gameplay then it would crash.
Here’s the logs:

But then again I would probably wait on a dev/ mod to confirm that these files have no sensitive data in them

I would like to report a recurring crash issue.
I played co-op with another player for two days without any issues. During that time, we completed two zones/areas successfully. However, on the third day, the game started crashing consistently after about 5-25 minutes of gameplay.
The crash happens without any error message. The game briefly freezes for around a second and then closes completely.
At first, the issue appeared during co-op, but the crashes still happen even when playing solo. I also tested this with:
my existing character
a completely new character
a new world/realm
solo gameplay without joining another player
The issue persists in all cases.
Troubleshooting Already Tried:
Verified game files through Steam
Reinstalled the game
Updated graphics drivers
Disabled background applications, including Wallpaper Engine and similar programs
Tested in solo mode
Tested with a completely new character
Tested in a new world/realm
None of these steps resolved the issue.

Yes, the error is similar to the one in Joy’s post, but her error is somehow related to Crucible, whereas in my case, i haven’t even reached it yet. And it occurs even in a new world on a new character, without using any magic
Hi my game will randomly crash, the game closes immediatly without any sort of error screen or code, doesnt happen with any other game.

My game has been crashing on launch since this morning with the announcement of the upcoming 1.0 update. I didn’t even see if an update was released at the same time, but it was working perfectly yesterday.

Any mods installed? Any other changes in that timespan?
Could you start the troubleshooting with verifying your files and/or a reinstall please?

I have 0 mods and no change in that timespan
but i come with some new tests i maded with my bro ‘‘chatGPT’’ and here is what we found :
Environment
The crash is 100% reproducible.
The same character can successfully:
Therefore the character save appears healthy.
Only the realm Lucrecia is affected.
I currently have three realms available:
This strongly suggests the issue is contained within the Lucrecia realm data.
Realm Name: Lucrecia
Contains:
These objects were placed gradually over several weeks and not immediately before the crash.
At the time of the crash, the character was logged out in Marin Woods, not inside the house.
The first error appears immediately after world simulation starts.
Repeated exception:
ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The number has to be positive: -3590382907720
Call stack repeatedly points to:
The exception is thrown continuously until the game becomes unresponsive.
Based on testing:
This suggests a realm-specific entity with invalid physics/collision data, possibly involving:
The FPQuaternion.Inverse() failure may indicate an invalid rotation/quaternion being processed by the collision system.
I hope this could help you .
For me it’s a good news cause there only this realm who’s corupted and i can still play the game :3
Hm, AMD users in general have more trouble with early-access games.
I can’t do much with the AI findings because I don’t trust AI, nor am I a developer who has technical insight (and hence I cannot verify it’s technical ability).
With that being said, I am a little out of the loop it seems.
I thought you were crashing on game launch? As your first message says?
Let’s start over with what you have reported then so far.

Just to help narrow down the problem, I suggest you make an additional private realm just to see whether the problem ties to your specific Private realm (Lucrecia) or if it is tied to all Private Realms.
After this step you will atleast have a better clue to what it could be and whether the issue is fully contained within the Private Realm Lucrecia or not.
I tried to get a clearer picture with the tools I have available, but I see what you mean about AI.
And sorry my messages wasn’t clear.
I tested what you asked :
I can enter the realm with 2 other characters and experience no crash in 5min of play.
The charater who crash try to load in the Marin Wood region near an echo point but i don’t remember the name of it (the gif i recorded may help)
He can’t acces the realm neither by ‘‘join’’ or continue from the last whisper’’ (
(which is quite the same in terms of in-game location)
The same charater can enter an other private realm and play without crash

Just forgot to add:
I assumed you had 3 Realms in Total but only 1 Private which has the issue.
Shared Realms doesnt work the same way Private Realms do.
Not to cause any confusions, im not talking about those 2 Shared realms because you said they worked, therefore my suggestion is that you make a 2nd Private Realm so you/we can rule out the possibility of the issue being tied to “Private Realms”.
I also have to ask:
Have you had any mods installed in the past on your “Private Realm”?

Unfortunately no fix exists yet for the problem “crashing with 1 character but not others”. It’s been reported before if that is any reinsurance, Moon Studios most likely started investigating this already.
An old trick that fixed it in the past is to create a new realm, enter that with your problem character and stay there for a few seconds, then try your old realm again.
I will also keep searching for other unofficial fixes and let you know here.
Other than that, unless you can find a fix yourself this is going to be a waiting game, I’m very sorry about that.

and i never installed any mods on NRFTW or even open the files of the game before sending the log here.
