TESTED: Windowed, 16:10 resolution.
BUG: Inventory menu and mouse bugs, can’t hover items. Other menu tracks mouse works fine.

I infrequently experience the same, 3 monitor setup. ultra wide as game display.
Does alt tab change the focus and os priority? I know that tab brings up the various in-game menu browser. If its not that, I think it might be related to the pointer losing its home orientation in that state, and defaulting back to non pointer or pseudo controller/key commands.

I believe the facet ui fix just released in hotfix 4 will alleviate, I have an automation to reproduce, will test in am.
