After trading with sisters i had a bug when cursor was slippery and i need to use wasd navigation to equip and sell items

Just to mention that it isn’t just the sisters that have this bug. It tends to happen with all the vendors, so maybe a general inventory bug?

Once in awhile (approximately twice in around 30-50 alt tabs) when going back into the game, the mouse cursor does not register properly when hovering over items. Happens in all menus including Settings.

I’m finding that this is happening a lot quicker than 30-50 alt/tabs. Probably closer to 10 for me. I am also Full Screen Windowed.

I have 3 monitors and the game on one, and playing the game all day it happens around 3x on a day that the mouse cursor is no longer accurate in inventory. usually its offset like the game thinks the mouse is somewhere else.

I also have the same issue. (Playing windowed fullscreen, I have dual monitor setup).
For me this happens a really frequently since the coop update. Maybe happened once before it

Here’s a youtube link of a recording of the issue (I didnt know how else to attach it)
occasionally it’s extremely difficult to navigate my inventory when using mouse and keyboard. it both seems extremely laggy but also doesn’t always register that I’m hovering an item.
I tried both windowed fullscreen and windowed, the issue persists.
Not sure what else to try.
I was told that restarting the game can fix this, but that’s far from an ideal solution.

I think the devs are working on this issue since it has been reported many times already.
Are you using one or two monitors for your setup?
no, I only have 1 monitor. but I do alt-tab frequently
also apologies, for some reason I wasnt getting relevant search results until after i posted a new report 
I also have the same issue with one monitor setup. Maybe you could try to use WASD, Q, E, 1, 3 and SPACEBAR for navigation in the inventory while the devs are working on this

I want to bring more attention to this problem.
In recent hotfix 6 the “Lock cursor to window” setting appeared. It is enabled by default. But it does not solve the problem for me. I play in Full Screen Window with keyboard and mouse.
I am not sure that problem connected to cursor in general. Suffers only navigation on menus with items (not all). In the Exalt Items menu cursor works fine. Plague Ichor and Trade menus — wrong. Settings menu — fine.
I continue to experience this problem consistently over long game sessions. I am not entirely sure that the cause is Alt-Tabs, but it is possible.
Hope one day developers will fix this.

Seems random but sometimes unable to hover over equipment to see item tooltip. Have to restart game completely to fix.
same for me. it happens in shop or inventory, so i cant sell or by some items
When I open the community chest the item selection (under the mouse) for inventory items is only working haphazardly. For example, if I select item 3, it is highlighted. But when I move the mouse around, item 3 remains selected and it will only occasionally change to another item under the mouse. Clicking an item does nothing. So inventory item selection is basically not working. Selection for community chest items is working ok.
Update - actually, this is now a game-wide issue, not just in that chest. I can’t select inventory items any time now. So I’ll have to quit and restart the game.
Here’s a very short clip of the issue…
The item info is not displayed when I put my cursor over the item. This prevents me from selecting the item for enhancement or anything that I want to do with the item.
