[Obsolete] Sound issues are worse now entering a new/previous area

So after playing for about 30 hours, I finally see a distinct pattern with the audio problem where it cuts out.

I first reported it as a “stutter”, that’s actually incorrect because it implies it’s happening all the time, which it isn’t.

I experience the audio cutting out when I first enter an area after I haven’t been there for a while. The audio cutting out is accompanied by graphics frames missing/short freezes/graphics stutters. I also notice that if I go into combat right away after entering a new area, the combat also misses several seconds of frames before suddenly kicking back in again. The sound also cuts out of the combat and then comes back a second later.

Also, when I first enter an area, a lot of the scenic elements are late to load in and suddenly pop in as I’m running through it. Example of this is the big drawbridge and gate leading out of Sacrament into the Orban Glades. As you’re running through that area, the bridge and road in front of it is missing for a few seconds then suddenly loads in.

***So it’s important to note that it appears that this problem is associated with the game LOADING NEW AREAS, or LOADING AN AREA PREVIOUSLY VISITED.

The game is trying to load all the information for the new area and it feels like it has to catch up so to speak, as your character is already trying to do things in it.

*Note, I have my game installed on an SSD so I would imagine this problem would be MUCH worse on a standard HDD.

The game still can’t handle new areas loading. Any time I go into a new area, or an area that I’ve been away from for a bit and then go back to, the sound stutters or cuts out for a second as the new area is loading. Also, entering a new area ALWAYS bugs the combat for the first opponent I fight. There’s a mini-freeze of the game for about four seconds and the sound stops when the combat starts. The moment your weapon hits the enemy the entire game freezes up and the sound stops.

Also, when I enter a new area and interact with anything, whether it’s chopping down a tree, picking up loot, etc. The sound stops the moment I’m doing the action then comes back again.

All of this is related to when you first enter an area. The game simply can’t seem to smoothly transition between areas without sound and frames breaking.

In some areas it got a bit better, barely noticeable. But in the areas that were already bad, it seems to be worse. When i go to orban glades i get a huge drop on that part between the bridge up until the town, also my fps goes from 35 to 45 when i’m on the pass, no matter the settings i put, i tried lowering everything as low as possible to see, it didn’t change at all. One thing i noticed is that the game almost freezes when i load into another area, to the point that the sound gets muted and comes back after. This already happened before, but only when i was leaving sacrament and going to the pass, now it’s happening in more areas, basically everytime i load into a new area.

My pc: RTX 3070, Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB DDR4 and NVME 2

Traversal’s Whispers are bugged for me too I’ve had many crashes since the ‘Patch 1’ but never prior to that over 30 hours.
Other bugs exist but traversal whisper crashing to desktop is kinda huge to me.
