i understand the frustration. keeping threads together and all files needed to investigate the issue in one place helps the developers to investigate this issue and find a solution. i am just trying to help here as best as i can. unfortunately i am not well versed in the arts of magic, so i can not manifest a solution for u now aside from suggesting the usual:
updating all drivers and maybe even clean install or using DDU
checking system temperature and power
verifying integrity of game files
checking for issues with your drives and or RAM
turning vsynch off in driver settings or setting it to “fast”
patiently waiting for the team to investigate the issue
Okay, my game finally crashed after one hour, loading an the area besides “marisma de orban”. I will keep adding crash logs to the the main link of this thread
I am a Chinese player. Since the game was updated, the game sometimes crashes every ten minutes and sometimes every one or two hours. The graphics card driver has been updated to the latest version, but I still don’t know what causes the crash.
The crash is that the screen is completely frozen and I can only force close the game.

Logged into the game today. Played for 2 minutes, game crashed, closed game, uninstall. Very frustrating overall. 1 out of 10.
Anyone here still crashing in the same way?
