As for those files, take a look at the instructions here: How to Properly Report Bugs!
But in short, for a case like yours we need your
- Datastore
- Player.log
- Player-prev.log
Upload them to a service from where you can share them like Google Drive, OneDrive, or WeTransfer and link it here.
