While Thomas’ coop vision sounds great for playing with friends, I’m not sold on it for playing with strangers. While I like playing with my friends, we only play together once in a blue moon because schedules just don’t line up often.
So I end up playing mostly with randoms. Does that mean they can just ravage my stash? That they can force feed progression into my realm? To kill major bosses and I miss out on those parts of the game?
While having a community owned realm sounds great with my friends, I do want to be able to:
- summon someone into my realm and after we’re done he can’t just continue to impact my game
- Join into a realm to help someone, and not have access to that realm forever
I hope Moon is including this use case, as I would really be bummed out by people doing stuff in my realm while I summoned them only because I needed assistance with 1 thing.
