Mira and Meri Shop Level 3. Items missmatch

Level 3 shop gives us “Cotton Garment” that is level 4 item.

I believe we should get “Wool Garment” instead so we can craft “Seer’s Armour” that is currently quite hard to make due to lack of Wool
