So, I was running through the sewers yesterday continuing on my personal realm when I discovered a new WP which I was going to feed stuff to and get the WP unlocked.. but then I got stuck in the screen and started trying to do anything I could to just get out of the menu because this has happened A LOT before. So, the game crashes. I relaunch it and all of my Realms were gone (My personal realm, My brothers’ realms, and my clans realm). I figured that maybe the game server itself went down so I logged off.
I logged on tonight to play and the Realms are still gone! I tried all the Steam Cloud tricks to try to make the Realm reappear with no luck. My Brother can JOIN my old personal Realm, aptly named TwighlightStrand (PoE starting beach), but since I didn’t know I COULD promote them, they cannot invite me back to my OWN personal server Realm.
So, either I restart, quit or I get help here. Can the DEVS or someone in support HELP ME and let me get back on my own server? This is a bug I never expected to happen.
I’ve told my clan and all of my brothers about the issue and now if their servers are public to Steam friends to PROMOTE them so this doesn’t happen again… but I feel like this shouldn’t happen in the first place. I have a knack for finding bugs, and this is worse then when I lost 3 hours of game play 2 weeks ago.

Same thing happened to me 43 hours into the game after I visited a sewers way point but it froze and crashed my game and when I relaunched the 3 servers I saw here were gone. It won’t let me put 2 screenshots but the first one I was going to put just is the blank realm page I had afterwards with the “CREATE REALM“ on there.
Then I tried to do all the Steam Cloud trouble shooting steps with now luck:
BTW, ‘Reseviour’ Realm is my Brother’s realm, and he had to RE-INVITE me to it, because it took me off the list?
I almost feel like quitting altogether at this point because I just got all the upgrades done on my personal Realm….
My Realms disappeared before the outage even happened. I WISH that I knew that you could promote friends on to have admin control on your personal server.. I would have totally done that because now my Brothers are on my server and cannot invite me back and meanwhile it’s invisible to me!
THIS may describe what I am facing now on my Realms completely disappearing. Hopefully the devs determination to fix such issues. I just lost my server. I don’t think I would have lost it if I knew about promoting other players I had on my server to re-invite me right now. AKA They can still play on my server, but I CANNOT (see or join it). I didn’t know you could promote players on your server at the time to re-invite you back if you didn’t see the server. btw SCREW THIS BUG.
I just saw up top that they asked to link the “Player.log“ or the “Player-prev.log“ but it doesn’t seem to give me the option here to link it in a reply after the fact, or EDIT my original post to be able to upload those

My original Realm was called TwightlightStrand which my brothers (Jmorehouse44 and Samecakes) can still access but can’t invite me back to. I attached a screenshot of what my Realms look like now. “Forgotten” World is Lykehn’s original. “Reservoir” is Jmorehouse44’s original. The two other Realms are ones I created while trying to troubleshoot Steam Cloud Saves to restore mine (see z0F0… screenshot). I am in the North American Midwest zone.
I hope I can get my Realm back, as I just finished all the upgrading T2 and T3 town stuff.

My brother Sam just shared this with me, apparently it shows I have my account split into two accounts??? I only have 1 account!

Thank you for your assistance. I guess I am not going to go crazy in investments on a Realm if I don’t have a shared person admin to invite the correct account back.
