Because repair powder is a limited resource that drops from chests etc etc people are looking for “industructable” buffs on equipment. But if you allow us to craft this this would free up buffs on gear. I request that you either let us craft this OR give us a limited amount to buy once per day from a vendor to allow us more choice on this buff on gear. Just a suggestion but I think it’s a valid one.
You can actually get the recipe, but it’s an extremely rare drop from chests or merchants. I got one on my second character, but never on my main.

Haha, thanks for the info, I imagine tier 3 is quite expensive to make
I think it was a random chest early on. Sometimes I start a new realm and get stuff I’d never even seen before.
