now its 13%æµããããããäžããéãã¡ãŒãžãäžãã which means 13% chance to deal damage to staggered enemy , which kinda means rng
æµãããããããéã«13%ã®ãã¡ãŒãžãäžãã means when staggered an enemy you will deal 13% damage, i think this is the right meaning
