I would like to suggest two itemization changes:
- Either make bosses drop their unique weapons/weapon recipes after being defeated or give us a way to keep farming them.
- Specific loot tables for each enemy type. I know the way the game works currently wouldn’t be very compatible with this change because the location of enemy types is not fixed on the map, and this suggestion may go against other game design principles, but one way to get around this problem would be to indicate on the map which enemy type is occupying which region ATM.
IMHO, if the dev team finds a way to implement these two changes, itemization will feel way more meaninful because players will have more agency to target farm items they want to use.
