I would like to know if there is something to read about the world of the game. Not spoilers but something to better understand the world, who is Madrigal, how did those gate appeared, who are Cerim etc.
I was really impressed by the acting. I would like to delve deeper into the game’s universe.
So far there isn’t. You should speak with everyone and read all the books and notes to grasp some of the lore as it is intented.
Yeah, a little bit of background on the Cerim would be welcome.
Right now you get on the boat and then the island, and everyone is treating you with suspicion and disdain. Every NPC seems to know more about your people than you do.
Same thing with the Dasha, the Balak Taw, and mainlander faith. There are some journal entries you can find on the world from some adventurer, but they are mostly anecdotes about the area, not an actual in depth exploration of the world’s factions and faiths and ethnic conflicts.
The Marin Village and the garden in Sacrament at least give some insight into the Dasha faith with the god statues and the NPC dialogue in that village.
Don’t trust Chat GPT. The whole section about the “red gem and the arcane” is completely made up, and some of it is dubious at best.
