In the future, are we thinking about Armour sets ?
Armour pieces that amplify the other pieces in the set?
IE: Echo Knight, everytime you beat him, he drops a piece of armour.
4 pieces for armour, 2-3 pieces of weapons.
You can replace any piece with another BUT if you have 3 pieces of Echo Knight armour, it buffs certain stats ( sword damage / plague damage etc)
The idea is that when we get to grinding, random armour with random stats will fall but this way we can also target specific set for start builds.
This armour will always fall with the same stats and maybe the power level varies ( level 1 - level 10)
Taking this further…
introduce area bosses that drop armour sets
- Strength builds
- Dex builds
3, Intelligence builds - Faither builds
you can use the armour if you are not investing in Dex / strength etc BUT you miss out on the buffs it provides.
then we can combine sets together.
4 pieces of Echo Knight = XX buff of something ( more pieces mean more buff)
2 pieces of Warrick the torn = leaping ability (example) and this could be weapons
it might be a good way to work with the random stats we are getting and help us target certain buffs or sets
