This isnt really a bug, more of a feature enhancement.
Sometimes it can be difficult finding which position a character has to be in order for the interaction to take place (in this case I’m on controller so “y” pops up when I’m in the correct position).
It’s not that annoying, but i thought I’d give some feedback about this, I really love this game.
Feel free to log the spots where interaction is a bit harder to find! Could be a neat little project

Hey Silas, thanks for the response. all of the nodes in the shallows have this issue. Digging spots arent so bad, it’s more wood and copper nodes that are the issue.
For all of these nodes the issue exists unfortunately.
i wonder what this issue depends on to exist.
i never found any nodes in shallows or anywhere ambiguous to access
what could be the deciding factor ? realm ? game UI bug ?
have you tried verifying game files ? Usually fixes weird UI stuff
