I would not trust chatgpt so much on this. Those solutions are ripped off from different topics and problems on this forum.
Check this out for another possible fix [Combined] Stuttering every 10 sec on one realm .
Since we are on a new build things might have been changed, especially with the new optimizations .
At any rate, thank you for the files! I am escalating this as of now.
