Inconsistent topaz infuse effect based on item rarity

This seems like an unintended bug. Infusing a chipped topaz in a white item gives me a range of gain 2-5 focus on use. Infusing a chipped topaz in a blue item gives me a range of gain 5-15 focus on use. All the other gems have the same effect in either a white or blue item. It seems topaz is the only one with different ranges.

Most likely intended and not a bug. It also increases with item level of armour.

On purple item, the value is 5 to 10.

I have a pair of purple pants that I stuck a topaz in before the patch. It’s giving me 13 on use. So I know before the patch it was the normal 5-15 range. If they nerfed it after the patch, it would be strange that the nerf wasn’t retroactive.

Either way, it seems they did something but it isn’t consistent.

i did it at the 4th day of release , i havent tested it right now , but maybe its the same
