Improve the Crucible (remove exp gain)

I read you are going to add exp gain to the crucible to make runs more valuable for us, but there was a problem of players becoming over-levelled too soon.
Instead I propose an alternative to it: we don’t need the exp gain if we can get something else out from a run, like coin, gems, ore or other resources we could use outside to keep expanding the city, tinctures for armors, rare seeds for the upcoming farming updates, or stuff to spend on NPC friendship systems.
I think as long as we have something in our pockets when we leave, even if we dont use it we can sell it for gold and it will make the failed runs not a complete waste of time.
