Forgive any typos I might’ve missed, but I’ve found these issues upon making it to Sacrament and speaking with the townspeople. I’ve tried to speak to all the characters in the city, at least until their dialogue started to repeat. I’ve also ran across a few visual and UI bugs which are pointed out below as well. Unfortunately, I don’t have screenshots to show anything, but these issues should be easy to spot.
It’s a daunting task, but it would be best to make sure all written dialogue is consistent with the voiced dialogue for each character.

Any Marketplace Vendor - When selling items, there are issues navigating the equipped slots. It seems as if the slots in the equipment area are disorganized compared to the others. It only happens on the “sell items” screen. (Note: As of version update “12577”, the area near the helmet, torso armor, gloves, and lower armor have been fixed. The only area that’s still affected is the “Shield area” of the screen.)

Vine navigation - After climbing vines to the top of a surface, the player character would automatically turn around and start climbing back down. It’s happened a few times during gameplay.

Sacrament - Bavos - His fishing rod has no physics applied to the fishing line.

Sacrament - Bavos - His text reads, “Some days they won’t even touch a lure or hook, but stick your toe in the water…” but his voiced dialogue adds, “and nom nom nom nom nom nom nom” to the end of his dialogue. Add the word “and” and “nom” 7 times.

Sacrament - Malina - Her text reads, “But with those foul brambles in the Marin Woods, it’s been hard getting home” but her voiced dialogue says, “But those foul brambles in the Marin Woods, it’s been hard getting home”. Remove the word “with”.

Sacrament - Malina - Her text reads, “He doesn’t treat us Dasha like mud to be scraped off a boot” but her voiced dialogue says, “He don’t treat us Dasha like mud to be scraped off a boot”. Replace “doesn’t” with “don’t”.

Sacrament - Malina - Her text reads, “Mainland church only has one god. How’s one god alone supposed to look over all this?” but her voiced dialogue says, “Mainland church only got one god. How’s one god alone supposed to look after all this?”. Replace “has” with “got” and replace “over” with “after”.

Sacrament - Malina - Her text reads, “I don’t care what the others say” but her voiced dialogue says, “I don’t care what others say”. The word “the” should be removed.

Sacrament - Bjork - His text reads, “It’s that Darak. They say he drives them like a wildfire” but his voiced dialogue says, “It’s that Darak. They say he drives them like wildfire”. The “a” should be removed.

Sacrament - Neville - His text reads, “Ellsworth should’ve burned Lion’s Mound when he had the chance” but his voiced dialogue adds “Hmm,” to the beginning.

Sacrament - Karina - Her text reads, “The Pestilence is a punishment from god” but her voiced dialogue says, “The Pestilence is a punishment from God”. The word “god” should be capitalized.

Sacrament - Karina - When you get to the town square, she’s preaching to the crowd. After you speak to her, she stays silent and she doesn’t turn back around to face the crowd. Don’t know if this is supposed to happen.

Sacrament - Baldwin - His text reads, “Well, you can’t come to me” but his voiced dialogue says, “Well, you… you can’t come here to me”. He mentions “you” twice and he also says “here”.

Sacrament - Guard Druo - His text reads, “You might’ve carved your way through his forces near the coast, but the Risen always have something up their sleeve” but his voiced dialogue says, “You might’ve carved your way through Darak forces near the coast, but the Risen always have something up their sleeve”. He mentions “Darak” instead of the word “his”.

Me husband went venturing down to the Shallows and never returned”. Replace the word “my” with “me”. Just a note, but I’ve noticed that some of her voiced dialogue uses those two words interchangeably.

Add “Oh,” and a chuckle to the beginning; replace “ain’t” with “aren’t”.

When speaking to “paired” characters, the prompt over their heads are in another language (Appuyez sur “Y” pour parler) instead of English. These paired characters are Durgan and Mira, Murgos and Yannit, Evelyn and Yupita, Neville and Bjorn, Dusten and Thoren, Speaker Lucian and the Inquisitors, and Conrad and Kenric. There could be more, so it’s best to check all characters who exchange conversation.

If a background character starts speaking near you while you’re trying to talk to another character, the subtitles at the bottom of the screen will take priority over the dialogue box. This causes the dialogue box to show up later.

Whenever I continued my game from the menu, I’ve noticed that my HP bar depletes over time when the game loads in and my equipped consumables randomly change. I haven’t left Sacrament yet. Is that a bug or a hidden mechanic?

In the “Rebuilding Sacrament” menu, when the prompt shows up asking you to “Contribute Resources?”, you can see the background text inside the “Contribute Resources?” graphic.

When you look through the “Community Chest”, you can see the character’s animation glitching in the background.

If you have an item highlighted in the “Community Chest” menu and move to another category using the “L and R” triggers, the info box doesn’t immediately update until you select another item.

When wielding a “2 handed weapon”, the shield should be automatically unequipped due to it being unusable.

If that’s actually a landmark in-game, all mention of “Old Keep” should be capitalized. If it’s not a landmark, the “old” should be lower-cased.

After getting the furnace built in Fillmore’s shop, the above prompt reads, “Press “Y” to use the furnace”. The word “furnace” should be capitalized, similar to how “Anvil” is capitalized when you go to use it.

Sacrament - When walking through the door to the “Rookery Lodgings” that’s located in the “Watcher’s Tower”, it looks as if the player character is is walking through a “wall”.

Sacrament - After building the stairway to the “Rookery Lodgings”, leaving out the door at the bottom of the stairway that leads into the “Marketplace” shows a prompt that says “Missing interaction hint!” at the top of the screen.
