I don’t know if it’s confirmation bias but it feels like Health Regeneration through either armor or Corpse Smeared Blade is not affected by “Healing Effects increased by X%”.
I never thought about permanent, passive health regeneration in any game as a “healing effect”.
While I could be wrong, I don’t think those two stats are meant to affect each other.
Understandable. I’ve played games where it did affect it, and games where it didn’t. I’m fine with either, just want to know if the current iteration is the intended.
