When I have full focus bar and try to use Healing Aura I can see that spell was used via trigger from + focus from pants stone, but then the actual spell does not work.
Confirming I have the exact same issue.
Clearly a bug with the Heal Aura spell, because every other Rune skills still works just fine on full Focus.
