Get rid of Town upgrade timers

As the topic states. REMOVE town upgrade timers. I like this game quite a bit. BUT why the fudge do i have to wait 4 in game hours for the blacksmith/enchanter/cook/etc to actually be useable after i spend significant amounts of time running around to accumulate the recourses necessary to do the upgrade in the first place? it quite literally serves no purpose in a single player game like this, other than to annoy the player or pad game time played. “cool dude, i got all the upgrades for my town, let me spend them, then go to bed for the night while the games open, inactive, hur dur. its gonna be sweet tomorrow. hyuck.”
